This CAL is also a read-along. The pattern is inspired by the book The Overstory from Richard Powers and if you feel called, please join us by reading along as well. Previous CAL/Read-along participants have said that it gives so much more depth to their crochet experience and it is so fun to read and discuss the book together! Book discussions are held weekly in the Facebook group.

Deze CAL is ook een leesclub. Het patroon is geïnspireerd op het boek Tot in de Hemel van Richard Powers en als je dit leuk lijkt, doe dan lekker mee met de leesclub. Vorige CAL/Read-along paricipanten hebben al gezegd dat dit zoveel meer diepte geeft aan hun haakervaring en het is ook gewoon heel leuk om samen te lezen en het boek te bespreken. Boekbesprekingen worden wekelijks gehouden in de Facebook groep (in het Engels).

During the CAL we will bring back the ‘along’ in crochet-along with 5 fun LIVE Zoom sessions. After purchase, you will receive a link to the offical CAL page, where you will find the schedule and all the Zoom call links. Join in live or watch the replays afterwards whenever suits you. Some calls are in the morning, some in the afternoon, to accomodate different timezones, as participants join from all over the world (crazy, right?) 🙂 

Tijdens de CAL brengen we het gevoel van echt samen haken terug met 5 leuke LIVE Zoom sessies. Na aankoop ontvang je een link naar de officiële CAL pagina, waar je de planning en alle Zoom call informatie zal vinden.  Deel live mee of kijk de herhaling later terug wanneer het jou uitkomt. Sommige calls zijn ‘s ochtends, sommige ‘s middags, om aan verschillende tijdzones tegemoet te komen. Deelnemers komen van over de hele wereld (geweldig, toch?) 🙂

After purchase, you will receive a PDF with the link to the offical CAL page, where you can find all the pattern parts when they are released. You will NOT receive any pattern parts before the start of the CAL (see release schedule below) 

Na aankoop krijg je een PDF met een link naar de officiële CAL pagina. Hierop vind je alle losse patroondelen wanneer ze worden uitgegeven. Je zult GEEN patroondelen ontvangen vóór de CAL start (zie planning hieronder). 

We start reading from Oct 7 and the first pattern release is on Oct 11. The event will run until Dec 2nd. You will receive the full schedule after purchase. 

We starten met lezen vanaf 7 oktober en het eerste patroondeel komt op 11 oktober uit. Het evenement loopt t/m 2 december. Je ontvangt het volledige CAL schema na aankoop.
