Lepidoptera yarn pack / Lepidoptera garen pakket

I FINALLY finished the sample blanket for this new and exclusive colorway called ‘Lepidoptera’. It is inspired by those blue and black butterflies and I am absolutely IN LOVE! It looks almost electric with those popping greenish blues! However, re-creating this blanket did not go smoothly, I tell you…

Ik ben EINDELIJK klaar met de voorbeeld deken voor deze nieuwe en exclusieve kleurencombinatie die ‘lepidoptera’ heet. Hij is geïnspireerd op die blauwzwarte vlinders en ik ben echt helemaal VERLIEFD! De deken lijkt haast elektrisch met die in het oog springende groenige blauwtinten! Maar ik zal je zeggen, het haken ervan ging helemaal niet als vanzelf…

… A challenge! I am SO bad at following patterns, haha. It was so fun (or was it?) to be on the other side of the coin. I will not share all of the times I cursed on those corners. And I fudged more in this blanket than all of my previous projects combined, haha. I command all of you who already created one (or several!) blankets :O
… Een uitdaging! Ik ben ZO slecht in het volgen van patronen, haha. Het was heel leuk (of was dat zo?) om aan de andere kant van de tafel te zitten. Ik zal dan ook niet delen hoe vaak ik die stomme hoeken heb vervloekt. En ik denk dat ik in deze deken meer heb gesjoemeld dan al mijn vorige projecten bij elkaar, haha. Ik neem mijn petje af voor degene die een (of meerdere!) dekens hebben gehaakt :O
